Welcome to Luminix, a custom-designed Wix template created by Loren Matzick. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Luminix theme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. License & Usage: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Luminix template for one (1) personal or business website. You may: customize the theme to fit your brand or needs; use it for commercial purposes on your own site. You may not: resell, redistribute, or share the template in its original or modified form; claim the design as your own original creation; use the template on multiple projects without purchasing additional licenses.

 

2. Ownership: Luminix is an original design by Loren Matzick. All rights, title, and interest in the template remain with the creator. Purchase of the template does not grant you ownership of the design — only a limited license to use it.

 

3. Wix Platform Acknowledgment: Luminix is built specifically for the Wix platform. While every effort has been made to ensure compatibility and ease of use, Wix’s platform and feature set may change over time. Loren Matzick is not responsible for: platform limitations or changes introduced by Wix; issues arising from third-party apps or integrations.

 

4. Support: Basic setup and styling instructions may be provided, but this is a DIY template. Custom changes, troubleshooting, or setup services are not included unless explicitly offered. If you need a little help, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to guide you.

 

5. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the template has been delivered. Please ensure the Luminix theme suits your needs before purchasing.

 

6. Attribution: Attribution is not required, but always appreciated. If you’d like to give credit, you can include a line such as: “Site built using the Luminix theme by Loren Matzick” or “Designed with Luminix – www.luminix.design”

 

7. Modifications to Terms: Loren Matzick reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the theme after changes means you agree to the new terms.
